Many of our legal services are offered with no out-of-pocket fees to our consumer clients as many consumer protections laws require violators to pay attorney’s fees and costs in successful cases.  Other legal services such as debt defense and consumer bankruptcy are usually offered at reasonable flat fees taking into account the nature of the case and the client’s objectives.  In all cases, we offer a free initial consultation so that consumers can be educated as to their rights and can decide for themselves whether using our legal services is in their best interests given their particular situation.
